Our Founder & CEO: A veteran former Georgia Juvenile Correctional Officer Field Training Officer (FTO), Houston County 911 Emergency Dispatcher, and Specialized Foster Care Behavioral Transit & Academic Interventionist. Holding an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice, a specialized pre-law background, and professional certifications in both Psychology and Autism, our Founder bridges the gap between front-line crisis command and clinical behavioral strategy. Having spent years serving as a dedicated Behavioral Aide and secure Transporter for youth navigating foster care within residential and public-school settings, our Founder brings unmatched expertise in trauma-informed de-escalation. This public safety foundation is paired with an active history as a state-vetted Foster Parent and former AAU travel basketball director/head coach who has volunteer-coached local youth across Tifton Rec boys’ and girls’ basketball, co-ed soccer, and youth football tracks.
Our Health & Female Athletics Director (The KPR Older Sister): A medical-track specialist holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and currently operating inside a professional pediatric medical office. She directly commands our campus health perimeters, medical compliance logs, and pediatric safety baselines, while bringing high-level competitive athletic insights from her history in Tift County Rec leagues, elite travel-team divisions, and school-level soccer campaigns.
Our Athletic Directors (The KPR Older Brothers): Elite South Georgia competitors bringing a powerhouse foundation of training, speed, and strategic discipline from school-level and collegiate-level Basketball, Football, Track & Field, and Baseball.
Our Media & Music Engine (The KPR Youngest Brother): A master instrumentalist and the distinguished former Head Drum Major for Tift County Schools. He commands our advanced Audio/Media & Podcasting Studios, training youth in musical arrangement, rhythm dynamics, and leadership logistics.
Our Fine Arts Director (The KPR Youngest Sister): A gifted visual artist specializing in advanced sketching, design, and illustration. She directly spearheads our Arts & Crafts Creation Labs, training youth in fine arts, merchandise design, and spatial sketching.
