To guarantee absolute physical safety and maintain strict compliance with Georgia law enforcement and behavioral safety transport metrics, our operations enforce a zero-tolerance policy for delayed parent arrivals. Please review our mandatory timing frameworks below:

• 🏢 MAIN FACILITY GATES: Our Tifton flagship campus gates lock securely at 06:00 PM. Any child remaining in care inside the facility past 06:00 PM will immediately incur a mandatory late pickup penalty of $2.00 per minute / per child, which will be automatically charged to the primary credit or debit card on your account billing profile.

• 🚍 REGIONAL EXPRESS HUB MEETING PLACES: Our private commuter vans operate under strict transit timetables to protect our student-athletes and transport aides. Evening drop-off vans route straight to the centralized hubs (Ashburn, Moultrie, Albany, and Valdosta) immediately following campus dismissal.

• 🚨 THE HUB GRACE LIMIT: Parents must be present at the hub location immediately upon the vehicle's arrival. Our transport vans enforce a strict 15-minute emergency grace window starting from the exact moment the van arrives and safely parks at the hub meeting zone. If an authorized parent or guardian has not completed check-out before that 15-minute window expires, a late penalty of $2.00 per minute / per child kicks in instantly, back-dated to the initial arrival time of the vehicle.

• 🔒 CRITICAL SAFETY OVERRIDE: To maintain regional safety transit parameters and protect remaining scheduling frameworks, any child uncollected after the 15-minute hub grace window expires will be securely transported back to our centralized, 24/7 monitored Tifton flagship campus for emergency extended shelter care.
